TZUYU "Run Away" M/V REACTION

When I saw that she would be the next TWICE member to have a solo, I have to admit that I did not know what to expect. Obviously, I knew she can sing, dance etc. But being a soloist is different from operating in a group, in my opinion, and so I was really excited to see her full potential on a track that is solely hers and wow! I am so impressed, this is so so so good! Her voice fits the track so well, and it fits her range beautifully! The breathiness at the beginning during of the intro is good and hooks you in immediately! And don't even get me started on how catchy the chorus is! The tune of this felt really reminiscent of the nostalgic disco era from the 70's/80's maybe? And that specific nostalgic disco vibe reminded me of 'MAGO' which I haven't listened to in so long and got to rediscover thanks to this release! Both are so good! Of course, it's apples and oranges and cannot really be compared directly, but this having a music video (which TXT ALWAYS nails) as well as a deeper emotional undercurrent and beautiful storyline makes it a track that deserves the title track name.
